“The reason I will not go back for a friendly drink… mon ange… is that we are not friends.”
Sage is commonly referred to as the rebel´s rebel son. Sage is the first Guardian to be turned into a vampire. His parents are the Devil and a french woman named Liliane. She was innocent, loving and loyal. He saw his mother cursed by the guardians for her love of the devil and they claimed she was irredeemably damned. For being an unnatural child, he was banished to the Dark dimension, along with his father.
He took, as his "pets", a hellhound named Sabre (Vampires and animals aren’t supposed to mix like this. They’re not average animals, but still…) and a falcon named Talon. The death, and damnation, of his mother left Sage conflicted, torn between his loyalty to his father and his desire to avenge his mother's death. His relationship with his father is strained at best and practically non-existent. As the years passed, they grew further and further apart. His father believes vampires are doomed creatures, and that is just one of many points on which they disagree.
Sage is loyal, mature, wise, powerful, intelligent and charismatic. There is more to him than he lets on. Sage is aware of his actions at the time of his intervention in the fate of others. He always seems to know just a little more than he should and doesn’t ask unnecessary questions. Even Stefan, the Saint of Vampires, would stop and ask a question or two before getting involved with a group and their drama, but never Sage. He's always right there ready and willing to do all he can. He has a tattoo of a black dragon eating a human heart on one arm, and he speaks French.
As far as relationships go, he's a demisexual. Which means he can only forge a romantic entanglement with someone he's emotionally attached to. So you can count on being friend-zoned for a long time.
As far as friends go, he doesn't have many. He has many acquaintances, but to be called "friend" is a rare feat. He's charming and witty enough, but he doesn't trust easily. His ways have ways and he's not exactly an open book.
He is not someone you want for an enemy, but that's why it's fun!
“I wonder what these children will think when they learn who you really are?”
