It had been years since he'd done this he may have become rusty, but his target was more of a workout than an actual job. He had given up hunting a long time ago after he saw the darkness in his ways, it was wrong to hunt people who were just different. Though that was an important life lesson for him, what this one beast did was inexcusable. He was dating someone he hoped to one day settle down with, but on a short trip to Chicago in the 20's he found her life drained when he had just gone away to use the bathroom. She was just left there on a street corner. He only caught a glimpse of the killer before he disappeared, but that glimpse was all he needed for his face to register in his mind forever.
Now Jesse had come to a little town called Mystic Falls hoping to forget the demons of his past, but he saw that face again. It was almost as if the universe was giving him the vampire to be killed on an alter of vengeance. It wasn't like he didn't deserve this, the girl was innocent and though Jesse had done awful things before hand he had attoned for his crimes as far as he was concerned. Now it was time for a little retribution for his lose, it was only fair no? A lowly blood sucker had no right to cross a Jesse, his blood held that of an angels and the beast would learn what it meant to piss off a nephilim.
Jesse came out through the woods and looked upon the Salvatore boarding house making a quick survey of his surroundings. He could jump from a tree into an open window, but the whole sneak thing was pointless with vampires, it gave them time to run, hide, and plan a better counterattack. No it would be better to just go in with a bang before he had time to run, then have fun with it playing cat and mouse. With that all planned out he blurred to the door kicking it off his hinges and flying into the house. When the door hit the floor with a loud thud he stepped into the house, looking around for some kind of weapon. He broke two chair legs holding them one in each hand when he finally caught visual of a person throwing one of the legs purposely to miss his heart. "Finally I have you, Stefan Salvatore, the ripper." He said before hurling the other chair leg at him.

Stefan was having one of those days. You know, the kind of day where you just wanted to stay in bed all day and not face the world, which you know, was ironic considering that he was a vampire. As such, he should be above having down days, but of course, he wasn't. He tended to enjoy life to the fullest, even with the bad times. Not that any of his family or friends knew this. They all just thought he was "Broody Bunny Diet Guy". Okay, he seriously needed to get some more male friends. If he had some more male friends, he wouldn't be referring to himself as "Broody Bunny Diet Guy". At least...he hoped he wouldn't be.
His thoughts drifted to Anna and Elena. He was almost certain that Anna was hiding something from him. But what? And did it have something to do with him blacking out during the twenties? She had been kind of cagey about their time together, which confused him, but a part of him was afraid of the answer, so he hadn't really pressed things. There was no need to strain their tentative friendship and besides, Elena was already feeling a bit upset at their closeness. Elena. A part of him just wanted to grab her and run away from Mystic Falls. But he knew he couldn't. She wanted to fight. And he'd help her do that. Heck, it was the least he could do considering that she was attempting to help him with his self-control.
At these thoughts, Stefan let out an unnecessary sigh. He couldn't believe that he had been talked into doing this. Anna was still on her idea of him gaining control of his bloodlust. And he had to admit, it seemed to be working. Okay, so he had only drank from Elena a couple of times now but he hadn't lost control. He had gotten a little buzzed the last time, but he could handle it. He wasn't going to let himself be a danger to Elena or anyone else. And neither would Anna.
The sound of the front door bursting open broke into Stefan's thoughts and he whirled around. What the hell? he wondered as a broken chair leg came flying at him, fortunately missing him by a mile. His eyes widened as someone said that they had finally found him, calling him "Ripper" and another chair leg came flying at him. Oh, damn. It's someone who was around in eighteen sixty-four, he thought to himself. He had no idea who turned this guy but he was about to meet an untimely death. Suddenly, he was extremely grateful that Anna had gotten him on human blood. "I don't like trespassers," he growled, quickly catching the makeshift stake and holding it out defensively. "And do you have any idea just how rare that chair was?" he snapped as he looked the guy over. It wasn't anyone that he recognized, which meant that he wasn't part of the Founding Families. So just who the heck was he? OOC Hope you don't mind me playing it as if he's never encountered a nephilim before. Thought it'd make things more interesting and he is pretty young for a vampire.

Jesse took a second to glance around the monsters home. It was quite impressive, he expected nothing different from it though. They could use compulsion to get whatever they wanted, the nephilim was a bit jealous of that ability. He wished he had the power to get whatever he wanted and not waste money on it especially since things these days were more than double what they were back in the day. It was too bad he was going to destroy the house unless this guy got on his knees and asked to be killed or begged forgiveness. He knew that wasn't likely their arrogance made it impossible for them to do such things even when it could save them much grief.
When Stefan caught his stake Jesse grinned, "Must be losing my edge perhaps my old age is getting the best of me," He said jokingly, "Lucky for you vampires that's not a problem. You haven't changed one bit, still have that Edward Cullens look going on." Yeah the guy was pretty much a clone of that Twilight loser, those pathetic romances that made the supernatural world look like a chick flick. He heard the guy complain about not liking intruders and the rarity of the chair he broke. Seriously was that his only concern? This guy obviously had no idea who he was dealing with. That wasn't shocking most people thought his kind were just old Biblical tales to teach people not to marry unholy people. Those stories were told by people who witnessed it and finally someone wrote it down for all to know.
Jesse rolled his eyes before looking at the busted chair, "Would've called, but I don't have your number," He replied with a shrug, "It's pretty fancy, but you won't have much use for it on the other side." The boy cracked his knuckles before stretching a bit as if to loosen up for a simple game of kickball, mostly to taunt his prey. "So let's do this yeah?" With that he kicked the chair into his hands throwing another leg at the man after breaking it again. Since it was already broken no need to waste the rest of the wood. He took the other leg off and threw the chair at the boys head, "Don't go dying on me too soon Stefan!" He said, "I hope you'll make this interesting for me. I've been waiting since the twenties for this." OOC: It's coolio sorry for the wait!

Stefan's mind raced wildly as he saw the boy---or whatever he really was---look around, obviously impressed with the place. Okay, who is this guy and why is he trying to kill me? he wondered. It didn't make sense. The vampire's eyes flickered as the boy began speaking again, saying that maybe he was losing his edge and that his old add must be showing, adding that was something that he didn't have to worry about as he still had the Edward Cullen thing going for him. "Oh please. You're going to compare me to that psychotic pansy?" he asked. Granted, they both fell for a high school girl and lived off of animal blood, but come on! He was not that pathetic! He had skimmed through the books and had been dragged to seeing the film and besides being a wimp, the guy was a total psycho, trying to control his girlfriend and make all of her decisions for her. Yeah, he disagreed with Elena's decisions at times, but when it came down to it, it was her decision. And even if he disagreed with her, he had enough respect for her to abide by her decisions.
Stefan rolled his eyes when the intruder stated that he would've called but that he didn't have his number, adding that the chair looked fancy but that Stefan wouldn't have much use for it once he was dead. He then watched as the other boy prepped himself and then threw another chair leg, which this time did hit him, in the chest somewhat below the heart. He grunted and and then barely dodged the next assault as the boy told him not to die right away and to make it interesting for him as he had been waiting for this moment since the twenties. The twenties? Oh, shoot. What did I do? he wondered, as he reached for the stake and began to pull it out. "I don't know what you're talking about," he told him as he managed to pull the wood out with a final tug. "Whatever I did to you in the twenties, I'm sorry. I had my humanity off and I'm not that guy anymore," he told him. Oh that still hurt, even with the small amount of human blood. And he still had to figure out what this guy was talking about. Obviously he had done something to him in the twenties, but what? What had he forgotten? What had he blocked out?
OOC I actually like the series, but figured that Stefan wouldn't be too thrilled with the character or the series. And if there's anything that needs to be changed, just let me know.

Jesse had hoped for more excitement from this little intrusion, but of course that was too much to ask. The vampire hurt him and it still stung, the least he could do was make killing him an enjoyable experience. He knew what he saw years ago, a guy who killed relentlessly. By the time Jesse was able to track him, Stefan seemed to disappear from existence those many years ago. Lucky for him he had given up until just a little while ago when he'd seen him for the first time since.
This guy in front of him seemed almost...human. He could tell by the look in his eye, the window to the soul. Something was obviously different, was it fear? No, he didn't seem afraid of his attacker, but still something was off. Why wasn't the guy blurring off and attacking him? That would be the most useful tactic in his current situation no? It was like he wanted to die or wanted answers first, maybe he wanted to make sure there weren't others like him. Of course their probably were, but how was he to know that? "Well you've got his hair," Jesse replied grinning wickedly.
Jesse blurred up to the vampire who had just pulled out the stake and stopped suddenly, "You really mean that..." He replied in a low voice. The tone in the guys voice gave it away. He could tell when people were lying, joking, and whatever else by their tone. His supernatural intellect made that pretty easy. An apology was always nice to hear, but this time it just made the boy mad. All he wanted was to knock this guys head off, but now he had to deal with the guilt of knowing he actually felt sorry. It was like pounding a guy who owed you money only to realize they had it the whole time in a savings account on some third world country.
"I gave up looking for you after six months of searching," He began, "And now that I can kill you you've gone and turned a new leaf?" Jesse stepped back and crossed his arms, "I could kill you," He continued, "It would be like ripping paper, but how can I kill someone when they've gone good?" He growled and kicked what was left of the chair he broke across the room, "I really liked her, but you went and killed her the moment I wasn't around. Whatever." He pulled his wallet out and threw a few hundreds to the vampire, "That should replace your chair, consider that my apology."

After vocalizing his distaste of the Twilight series, Stefan rolled his eyes at the guy's response that he had Edward's hair. Whatever, he thought to himself. If this guy wanted to insist that he was some sort of psychotic pansy-ass vampire wanna-be, let him. It wasn't like he'd survive in this town long enough if that was his view on vampires. The guy wasn't a vampire---at least, Stefan didn't think he was---but he couldn't really be sure. "Who are you?" he asked. He didn't really expect an answer, but hey, there was no harm in trying.
Stefan wasn't really sure what to expect next from this guy, but he was definitely surprised when he was suddenly in front of him. He watched as something seemed to click with him, saying that Stefan really meant what he said. "I do. Look, I know that whatever I did back then---it must've been horrible. Whoever I killed---I must've really done a number on them for you to have this much rage against me, and I'm sorry. I wish I could do something to make it right, but I know that I can't," he replied. Heck, it'd help if he knew what he was even talking about, but it wasn't like he was going to get his memories of the twenties back any time soon.
Then his eyes clouded as the other boy said that he had given up after six months of searching, wondering at the fact that now that he could finally kill the vampire, he found that he had turned over a new leaf. Uh...sorry? Stefan thought to himself. What exactly was he supposed to say to that? He tensed as the other boy said that he could kill---that it would be like ripping paper---but he wasn't one to kill someone who was good. The vampire's eyes clouded even more as the boy in front of him stated that he had really liked the girl and then he had killed her once she was alone. "I wish I could remember...sorry," he murmured. The next thing he knew, a few bills were being thrown at him with the words that they should pay for the chair and that the given money could be considered his apology.
Stefan blew out an unneeded breath as he stared at the boy. "So where do we go from here?" he asked. He wasn't really sure why he was trying to make nice with the guy who had just tried to kill him, but maybe he could figure out what he was all about---other than trying to kill him anyways.
OOC I wasn't sure if Jesse had left or not so I acted like he hadn't. If he has, I can edit the ending to reflect this.
