YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE YOUR EYESif ten million fireflies lit upTHE WORLD AS I FELL ASLEEP Hmm, I wonder if this looks decent enough to go out in.. Kasia thought as she looked herself over in the mirror. She wasn't one of those girls who were really fussy about how they looked, but she didn't want to look like a complete slob. She was finally to a point where she was slowly starting to make friends and was supposed to meet up with one of them tonight to hang out. The idea of getting away from her family for a little bit was a welcomed thought and would giver her some time to have some fun and be herself...something that she hadn't really gotten to do all that much lately.
Deciding that her jeans and t-shirt were good enough, she slipped on some sneakers and ran downstairs to let her mom know that she was going out, but quickly saw that she wasn't home. The brunette grabbed a pen and wrote a short note saying she was gonna be out for the evening and that she'd be back later and then peeled the sticky note off of the stack it was on and placed it on the fridge where she knew her mom would see it. Now that she was finally ready to go, she grabbed a small purse to put her wallet and phone in and then headed out the door.
Mystic Falls was a small enough town that she didn't really need a car unless she was going to school, so she decided to walk instead so that she could get some fresh air. The young girl quickly noticed that it was around sun set as hues of light pink, blue, and orange blended together in the sky while a few crickets could be heard. In a matter of about fifteen to twenty minuets Kasia had managed to make it to town and waited in the spot that she and her friend had agreed to meet at. It only took five minuets and one text later to find out that plans had been changed due to something important coming up for her friend at the last second.
Great. I sorta got dressed and walked all the way out here and now have nothing to do.
she thought, a little annoyed at the situation due to the fact that she now had nothing to do. Kasia scanned the area and looked for anything interesting that she could do when she caught a night club from the corner of her eye. Should she be trying to sneak into a night club? Probably not. Was she twenty-one? Not at all,but she was only three years from it so that had to count for something...right? By some miracle she managed to “blend in” with a group of people and found herself inside of the club. Music was blaring as people smashed together within the small area dedicated as the dance floor. Not sure what to do, Kasia began to bob back and forth so that she wouldn't stand out so much and sang to the sung low enough that nobody would notice but quickly stopped when she thought she heard someone say her name. There's no way that anyone here knows me. I must be hearing things.. she thought as she spun around to see if someone had in fact called her name, but instead she collided with someone else. "Uh..hey there." she said awkwardly without thought, and mentally smacked herself when she noticed how weird she probably just sounded. You know, when you run into someone the first thing you usually do is apologize, not say hello. she mentally scolded herself. - - - - - - - - - - status: IN/COMPLETEtagged: Jessewords: 604outfit: Thisnotes: Sorry if this isn't that great.lyrics: FIREFLIES, OWL CITYcredit: TEMPLATE BY SHAZI ?! Jesse needed a break, a night on the town. He ran into an old enemy and let him go after beating the tar out of him. Sure the guy had changed and had apologized, but Jesse was not sorry for delivering his punishment upon the beast. Sorry didn't cut it in his mind, though one who truly felt sorry did not deserve death they did need to be taught a lesson. No one should get away with murder because they felt bad, the one who was murdered felt pretty bad about it as well did they not? That was the worst kind of justice ever. Well he said sorry so we're letting him go free after the death of hundreds of people! What a changed man! Yeah it didn't and would never work that way.
Now all he wanted was to decide what to wear then head out to the nearest club and party til he was purple! He slipped on a tight blazer-shirt thing, a pair of skinny jeans, a pair of pointy boots, and a necklace before fixing his hair and grabbing his car keys. He didn't feel like walking even though it was a very nice night to do so. He had enough money to be lazy about it all. He unlocked the Mercedes slipping in and doing the usual car routine before driving out onto the road. He wanted to get to the club before it became filled and he had to bribe the guy to get in.
As he came up to the club he parked and pretty much walked straight in without any hesitation. He obviously didn't look 21 and he wasn't, but the probably didn't care what he looked like. Inside he saw a bunch of half dressed cute girl dancing to the energetic music playing along with guys rubbing up on them like dogs humping your leg. Without thinking he joined in the frenzy until he spun around to have someone collide with him, "Oh hey!" He said smiling he understood the place was pretty packed so this sort of thing was expected, "You know there's better ways to get someone's attention!" He added jokingly winking grinning at the young girl, "I'm Jesse!"

YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE YOUR EYESif ten million fireflies lit upTHE WORLD AS I FELL ASLEEP Kasia could feel the heat rushing to her cheeks as she stood there awkwardly in front of the guy she had carelessly run into. Is it seriously asking too much to go at least one full day without doing or saying something stupid and embarrassing myself?
she thought as she mentally let out a huff. She had been trying to blend in so that she wouldn't stick out and possibly get into trouble for being in a club while being underage, but she had managed to do exactly what she had been wanting to avoid, she had brought attention onto herself. She was about to apologize to the guy for running into him and for giving him a stupid response, but before she had gotten the chance to he actually responded to her and said “hey” himself while going on about their being better ways to get people's attention before giving her a wink. Once again she felt a faint blush creep up on her but giggled at his joke in hopes that it would divert him from the fact that she was currently blushing. Yeahhh, that was pretty bad wasn't it?” she responded with a light laugh. This isn't so bad. At least he's being cool about it and not getting rude. she thought happily as she finally took a good look at the guy in front of her. She made sure not to take too long looking at him due to the fact that she didn't wanna get caught “checking him out”...he definitely seemed nice enough. The brunette was brought out of her thoughts when she heard him introduce himself as Jesse. I'm Kasia, though most people prefer to call me Kas.” she responded with a small smile on her lips. The young girl held out her towards him and continued on. ”It's nice to meet you, though I promise that I don't normally meet people by trying to plow them over.” she joked with him. She figured that in situations like this all she could really do was laugh it off and make the best of it. - - - - - - - - - - status: tagged: Jessewords: 350outfit: Thisnotes: Sorry if this isn't that great.lyrics: FIREFLIES, OWL CITYcredit: TEMPLATE BY SHAZI ?! Jesse was glad he had actually met someone here so he wouldn't look like that loner emo dude. That whole look was just boring and asking for trouble. Everyone in this kind of environment ganged up on the scrawny emo child, not that they could hurt him. He could smash through them like a train through thin glass, but it wasn't smart to invite trouble. The girl in front of him didn't seem like the trouble making type which was good since the last thing he wanted was to make more enemies. He could tell she was embarrassed about the whole bumping him thing. Her reaction to it pretty much gave it away so he kept a friendly smile on his face so she wouldn't feel bad.
He looked over the girl's outfit, happy that she was actually wearing something decent unlike most of the other girls in the club that barely had something on. They seemed to be begging for attention, but they usually ended up with the bad kind. Back in his time women would be looked down upon for dressing like that. Most would be considered prostitutes, but then again it was a much different time, not it was weird if you weren't showing skin. At least some girls still have modesty these days, he thought to himself as he fixed his gaze onto her face so he wouldn't look rude.
He laughed a little as the girl replied to his joke. "Yeah it was pretty weak," he said teasingly, "I barely stumbled." The ice seemed to be breaking all on it's own with the whole colliding thing. That was more convenient than just walking up and saying 'hi' since that was a little awkward in most cases ending up in neither person knowing what to say. Jesse was just glad she had a sense of humor and wasn't apologizing ceaselessly or treating him like crap for making little cracks about it all. In a club it was easier to count the people you didn't almost knock over than the ones you did.
The place was pretty full with those two being among the few not dancing with the rest. When she introduced herself and held her hand towards him he took the liberty of spinning her gently after shaking it. He knew that was sudden, but the music was slowing don and they were just talking. "Nice to meet you Kas," he smiled, "It's alright trust me, but since we're here would you like to dance?" He asked, "I love this song."

YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE YOUR EYESif ten million fireflies lit upTHE WORLD AS I FELL ASLEEP Kas smiled a bit as the boy agreed with one of her previous statements. She was sorta glad that things weren't really all that awkward between the two of them as it usually was when these sort of things happened to her; it was a welcomed relief. A soft laugh escaped her lips when she heard him comment on the fact that she had really done any damage to him, let alone move him in anyway. You know, he's right. He must be pretty strong...if only I could gain some strength as well... she thought to herself as she moved slightly out of the way of someone passing by.
The brunette couldn't help but noticed that the night club had rapidly filled up and looked like there were at least five times the amount of bodies in the building than there had been a few moments ago. Due to the fact that so many people were entering at such a fast rate, it was getting harder and harder not to let people push up against her and in turn make her stumble into the boy she was currently talking with. After she had stuck her hand out so that he could shake it, she wasn't totally sure where she was going to go from there, but Jesse seemed to have answered that one for her.
As soon as he had shaken her hand she felt him gently spin her as a soft gasp of surprise came from her mouth. The young girl hadn't been expecting anything like that so when he had said it was nice to meet her, it had taken her a few moments to answer. ”I...It's nice to meet you to!” she fumbled her words a bit. She mentally slapped herself for stuttering a little, but did her best to just shrug it off. She listened closely as Jesse asked her if she wanted to dance and then mentioned that he like the song the was blaring through the building at the time.
You know Kas, you probably look really awkward right now because everyone around you is dancing while you're just standing here. she thought as she focused her attention back towards Jesse. ”Sure, though I must warn you that my dancing is...horrid.” she laughed as she thought back to the last time she had “seriously” danced. Though it had been disastrous, she still enjoyed it. Kasia quietly followed Jesse to the dance floor and waited from to take the lead since she wasn't too sure how to really start herself. All she could do was hope that she didn't end up tripping over herself or something of the likes.
