Well, I can see Damon finding her attractive and wanting to toy with her a bit. Nothing too serious at the moment as he tends to play the field. Possibly wind up using her for one of his devious schemes which could lead to either an awkward friendship or a potential enemy.

Caroline thinks of herself as popular and hot or head bitch in charge while also being the sweetest person you may ever meet so..this could go two ways I think. Either she finds herself threaten by Alex [because pssh she looks like Sophia Bush who is amazingly gorgeous] and is a complete bitch to her and when she becomes vampified she gets a little cocky with her new skills and goes to show Alex that she needs not to get in her way..when it comes to ha looking good and gorgeous and so thats them being enemies.

'ol Caroline here is also nice and friendly so she could come up to her and ask her to hang out or something because being seen with someone that looks like Alex will also allow people to look at her plus with Bonnie and Elena ditching her for each other she wants a best friend whose not going to run to someone else or leave her alone in the dark to wonder what the heck is going on. And maybe Alex could be that best friend for Caroline
