She grinned as he agreed to stay. Let's go compell outselves a suite at the Plaza! She pulled him across the street to the gorgeous century year old building. She refused to stay anywhere else when in the city. Why would you, when you could so easily compell your way to the top? They walked through the revolving glass doors into the lobby. She took in the view. The pristine room was rather empty. She walked up to the desk where an older, rather professional, looking man stood. You know the type, the I-just-got-promoted-and-take-my-job-too-seriously kind. She hopped up on the counter and leaned in close. I'd like you to give me and my friend here a very nice room. She smiled. We will not be paying, and you will not bother us. She added. He slowly nodded and typed something into the computer. He handed them a key with a nervous smile. Thanks. She slipped off the counter and led Stefan to an elevator before spinning around to address the confused worker. You never saw us. She demanded. She could see in his eyes that it had worked. The man was confused as ever. She hit the call button and heard an immediete ding. So, what do you wanna do now? She asked as she hit the appropriate number. They were on one of the top floors, most likely in the nicest suite available. She had done this way to many times, twice to the same man she had just compelled. It always worked. NOTES || OUTFIT || here. [/tt]

Stefan laughed as Anna suggested compelling them a suit. "Sure, why not?" he agreed. He wasn't really all that crazy about using his powers on people, but it wasn't like they were swimming in money, so all the really could do but compel themselves a room. He followed her into an old-fashioned looking hotel and then watched as Anna walked up to the clerk and spokeWell, I guess we got ourselves a room, Stefan thought to himself. He couldn't deny that he liked the idea of not having to pay for a room, but at the same, he felt kind of bad. After all, Anna was screwing with this guy's head. He of all people understood what that felt like.
He gave himself a mental shake. It wasn't the same thing. Anna wasn't screwing with the clerk's head for some kind of sick game. She was just procuring them a place to stay in the most practical way available to her. Heck, if he was here alone and his powers had been strong enough, he'd probably do the same exact thing. When she asked him what he wanted to do, he gave a shrug. "I don't know. What's there to do here? Like I said, I've never been here before," he replied. It wasn't that he hadn't ample opportunity to visit---he had---he was a vampire after all, but he had just never felt the desire to go to New York. Coming here to get control of his bloodlust had been Anna's idea and he had agreed mainly because he wanted to be able to feed like a normal vampire. Which, as tonight proved, probably wasn't going to happen any time soon, but at least they had figured out that he could drink something besides animal without going psycho...

As they reached the floor what seemed a million miles above where they started, Anna thought about all there was to do in the city.
First and foremost, Anna needed to feed. But in order to do that, Stefan needed to either stay put or be strong enough to come along, which meant more bloodsharing, and she wasn't completely sure it would work. Although if it went south, she could always just make him bloodshare there...not like anyone would notice. There wasn't a chance he would take the easy way out and just let me feed on him. She thought with a smirk as she reached 1333.
Anna pushed open the door and grinned. She had to give the guy downstairs some credit. He always gave her a gorgeous room. A wall of windows overlooked Central Park, huge plush couches surrounded a giant tv and she knew for a fact that there were three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and dining room somewhere down the hall.
She sat down on a chair closest to the window. They could always just go be tourists, see the statue of liberty or times square. They could go to the clubs or they could just stay in and chill, but what fun would that be?
I guess it all depends on if you're up for a crowd. Wherever we go, there's going to be a lot of people. She looked at him, slightly concerned. Spending three days stuck in a suite at the Plaza was definitely not an acceptable New York City vacation, but it was up to him, really. She didn't want to make him uncomfortable. As he followed her into the room, Stefan watched Anna warily. Was she really okay? He was almost certain that she wasn't. How could she be when he had just fed from her basically twice in a row? He wouldn't be surprised if she needed to feed. But then again, maybe she didn't. He wasn't really sure how blood-sharing affected a vampire, though he would imagine that if their blood was drained, that they would need to replenish what they had lost, which you know, definitely made sense. And the last thing he wanted was for Anna to starve all night. She was a friend---well, sort of. He wasn't sure if they really knew each other well enough to call themselves friends, but he viewed her as a friend at least. Heck, it wasn't a lot of people who would willingly do something like this for him, so that had to count for something right? Stefan watched as Anna sat in one of the chairs as she answered his question, saying that it depended on whether or not he felt he could handle a crowd, as wherever they went, there was a bound to be a lot of people. His eyes clouded. She's got a point. Am I really ready to try to blend in with a bunch of people? he wondered. Maybe he should tell her to go out and feed while he stayed here. It would be the safest course of action as he had proved when he had fed on that girl that and had let the bloodlust consume him. But was that really ideal? After all, Anna would be on her own. Not that she couldn't take care of herself, but he had been brought up in a time where you were supposed to look out for women---protect them. He let out a mental scoff. If Anna knew what he was thinking, she would definitely kick his ass. She was no damsel in distress and she could take care of herself. "I think I'll be okay. It's what we're here for, right?" he responded. He couldn't just give up after one bad start. Besides, if worst came to worst, she could always snap his neck or just stake him. You know, whichever was more convenient at the time...

She grinned at his agreement, even though a part of her knew he was really just too stubborn to stop while he was ahead. She could take him if anything bad began to happen.
So, sightseeing or partying? She asked, hopping up off of her chair and walking to the mini bar. She poured two drinks and handed one to Stefan on her way back to the couch. He looked like he needed one and she was never one to oppose pre-parties. She downed half of her glass and sighed. It helped her cravings, although they were still fairly strong. She was fine strength-wise, especially considering the amount of blood Stefan had helped himself to but with that Bennett witch in Mystic, Anna had been stuck with those damn blood bags. On top of that, she hadn't fed almost all day. She was craving fresh blood. She could smell almost everyone on their floor, not to mention the ones above and below them. She was trying to avoid thinking about it, and the alcohol was the only thing that helped. NOTES || OUTFIT || here. [/tt]

He grinned back at her, sensing that she was happy with his agreement. Which, you know, was kind of nice. Okay, so things hadn't quite worked out the way she had planned, but he wasn't going to let that stop them from having a good time. They were in New York for crying out loud. And for him, it was the first time. So that was pretty cool. I just wish that this had worked out better, he thought to himself. They had had a plan and it had blown up in their faces. "Thanks...for trying to help me get control. Sorry it didn't work," he told her. He had to admit, that bugged him a bit. But what else was he supposed to do? He didn't want to lose control again...
At her question, Stefan frowned in thoughtful concentration. "Partying first and then site-seeing. That way you can get your strength up and no one will be the wiser," he responded. Man if Damon or Katherine could hear him now, they'd probably be wanting to know what he was up to as he normally didn't advocate feeding from humans. But he wasn't up to anything...except for making sure that Anna didn't keel over on him because she was too weak from feeding him her blood. Besides, with the way this trip had gone, he could use a little relaxation.

Anna watched him throw himself an inner pity party. Stefan, it did work...maybe not the way we plan, but since when does anything ever go as planned around here, anyways? She laughed. It'll all work out, and we will get your strength back. I promise. And she meant it. She needed to make this work for him. As he agreed on partying she let out a sigh of relief. Oh thank god! I wasn't going to say anything, but I am starving. She bit back a grin, grabbing her bag and dashed off down the hall. Change! She called out from a couple rooms over, rolling her eyes as she pictured him just now realizing he had blood on his shirt. She shook her head and giggled. It had been a long time since she had just had fun. There were times, with Jeremy, but a lot of that was a girl on a mission. She hadn't really given her a chance to enjoy it. As soon as she did, all hell seemed to break loose. Her smile slowly faded. How had she gotten in so deep with a stupid boy? It was easier without emotions, with a set goal and nothing to get in her way. Now she was hurt, blurring the lines of her pain with a whirlwind trip to the City to fix someone elses problems. She intended on getting sky high on bloodlust tonight. She needed it. And that damn Bennett witch couldn't do a single thing about it. NOTES || OUTFIT || here. [/tt]

Stefan fell silent as Anna corrected him, saying that things had worked out, even if it wasn't in the way they had expected, and then asked him when that had ever happened. "I guess that's true," he murmured. She was right: since when did plans ever go smoothly or in the direction they were supposed to? That was why you had to roll with the punches and move on. And that's what he was going to do: move on. Anna seemed convinced that things would work out for him and that he'd get his strength back, so he just had to trust that. After all, it wasn't like she'd let him go on a murder spree.
When Anna responded that she was starving, Stefan felt bad for a moment. He had had a feeling that this would be a bad idea. However, she didn't seem to be displeased as she just threw him a grin and dashed off, yelling at him to change. He looked down and wrinkled his nose in disgust. Yeah, he hadn't exactly been careful about feeding so if he went out now, people would be wondering what horror movie he had just tried out for. Well, at least his jeans were okay. It was just his top that was a mess. He removed the shirt, opened up his suitcase and quickly rummaged around for the Bon Jovi shirt he had packed. As he changed tops, he tried to push the guilt he felt about lying to Anna down. He had told her that he had never been to New York before, but he had. Once in the eighties with Lexi. It had been his birthday and they had rocked to Bon Jovi all night. But other than that, he had never been to New York and certainly not this part of it. Well, at least they'd have some fun...
OOC As I was writing this, I realized I had screwed up because I had Stefan saying that he had never been in New York before but Lexi mentions that they saw Bon Jovi performing in the Garden in the 80s, so I had the line saying that he had lied to Anna. And uh-oh! Hope Anna doesn't go off the deep end while she's supposed to be helping Stefan.

She walked back into the living room and smiled, grabbing her purse off the floor and basically dragging him out the door. This is pretty much my favorite place in the world...well, America. She flashed a grin at the doorman on their way out. Once on the busy street, she glanced at Stefan. She knew he had chosen going out for her benefit, but their purpose here wasn't lost on her. Without a second thought, she stepped into a taxi, still pullinng Stefan along with her. Marquee was all she said to the driver, who nodded curtly and sped off. Unlike Stefan, who she was sure had a list of people to contact about his weekend getaway, all Anna really had to do was send a text to Jeremy (and that was a curtosy, at best), so she had a chance to search the best clubs in town. Apparently you needed a star on the walk of fame to get into this place, but Anna could solve that problem easily. Hey, you can drink tonight, k? No worries. She didn't want to have to go through the trouble of wiping the cabbies memory, so she spoke carefully. She didn't want Stefan to fall off the wagon, so she wanted him to know he could bite into her if he needed. Seriously, no one will notice. You'll see. She flashed him a smile. And don't look so guilty. It's fine. I swear. She said as the cab pulled up to a busy corner. The sun was setting and the line was already wrapped around the corner. A huge bouncer stood at the door. The driver turned around expectantly, and all Anna had to do was look him in the eye and say Forget us. Before exiting with her "date." She walked up to the bouncer without even seeing if it had worked. She knew it had. You're going to let us in. He nodded, his facial expression never changing, and dropped the velvet rope. She stole another look at Stefan. You ready? NOTES || Haha, she might go a bit overboard, but no drama is no fun lol OUTFIT || here. [/tt]

Stefan let out a small chuckle as Anna told him that New York was her favorite place in America. "Well, then, what's your favorite place abroad?" he asked. And he wasn't just teasing her. He really wanted to know. After all, it wasn't often that he got a chance to spend time alone with her. Okay, so this trip had been about getting his bloodlust under control, it didn't mean that they couldn't bond as well. And he had to admit, he kind of looked forward to that. Yeah, he was a dork. He was well aware of this. But at least no one was here to call him out on it. Well, except maybe Anna. But then again, would she really call him out on it? He didn't know. And he was totally getting off track again. But that was pretty easy for him to do these days. Man, he really needed to learn how to focus!
He then gave himself a mental shake as her voice broke into his reverie and he nodded following her into the cab as she told him that he could drink from him, adding that no one would notice. "I should be fine, thanks," he quickly assured. She's already starving because of me. I'm not gonna feed from her again tonight, he thought to himself. Yeah, he was already feeling guilty about the couple of times that he had fed from her...especially since it had left her hungry. Almost as if she knew what he was thinking---and he wouldn't be surprised if she did know what he was thinking---she told him to stop looking guilty, assuring him that it was fine. "I'm not feeling guilty," he said. Okay, a lie. But hey, she didn't need to know that.
When the cab finally stopped at a club, Stefan was amazed to see how long the line was. "Geez. This place better be worth it," he muttered low enough for only Anna to hear. But of course they wouldn't have to wait as Anna walked right up to the bouncer and compelled him to let them in. Well, that works, he thought to himself.
His eyes scanned the crowd as the smell of their blood reached his nostrils. Whoa, that was overpowering...and smelled really good. He felt the bloodlust trying to emerge and he inhaled and then exhaled, pushing it back down, hoping that his companion hadn't heard him. But she had. Of course she had. Not only did she have the same enhanced hearing that all vampires shared, she was standing right next to him. He threw her a smile when she asked him if he was okay. "Yeah, I'm fine. Come on, let's party," he said.
OOC Agreed. And I'm always up for drama.

She smiled as he inquired about her favorite place oversees. It was definitely a change of pace having someone actually interested in her.
France. She answered. My home. She shrugged lightly. She was distracted by the guilt that seemed to consume his face. Stefan, seriously. She murmured. I'm only drinking cause it's been a while. She really didn't want him to feel guilty. She knew he was lying. There was no way he wasn't. Stefan, if you get in here and lose it instead of biting me, so help me... She threatened through gritted teeth as they stepped out of the cab. As he followed her in to the loud club, she grinned again. If he stopped being so cautious, he could actually have fun tonight. Lord knows that was her goal. She took his hand and pulled him through the crowd, compelling them drinks at the bar and turning to eye the scene before them. Girls in tiny outfits grinding on muscular guys that were already close to trashed. She could hear each heartbeat, it was louder than the music. She could smell every scent. They smelled delicious. She was so hungry. When was the last time she actually drank fresh blood? Too long, she knew as much. She felt the bloodlust pull her in, but she fought it for a moment. She knew the second they returned to Mystic Falls, it would be blood bags and drama. She wanted to cherish this weekend. NOTES || OUTFIT || here. [/tt]

Stefan made an attentive noise when Anna answered that France---her home---was her favorite place abroad. That's a place that I don't think I've been, he thought to himself. He had just never had the interest for it and it wasn't like there was a shortage of places to visit in the states. "Do you get to visit often?" he wondered. "And if I'm being too nosy, tell me," he hastened to add. He didn't want her to think that he was prying. After all, they weren't that close and she was older than him vampire-wise, so that kind of a question was a bit forward. But he was honestly curious. He then nodded as she told him that she was only feeding because it had been awhile. "Yeah, I know," he said. Don't worry about me, Anna. Just get yourself taken care of, he thought to himself. That was the important thing here: getting her up to full strength as he had just drained her of it. And she couldn't very well be expected to stay at a disadvantage for very long, now could she?
At her warning, he glanced at her. She was still worried about him. In a way, it was sweet. No one from his old life had ever worried about him before. "I promise you, if I need it, I'll drink," he assured her. And he would. She had a right to be worried about him as he had just lost control in front of her. Of course, the other option was disappearing into the night and staking himself with something to slow him down, but he wasn't sure how she'd feel if he voiced that option.
He followed her further into the club and watched as people grinded against one another, the girls wearing skimpy outfits. "Man, I miss the early nineteenth century. People actually danced, they didn't practically have sex in public," he muttered low enough for only his companion to hear. The sound of each heartbeat reached his ears and his eyes flickered as he watched them "dancing". Oh, how he wished he was at one of the old dances that had been popular when he was human. Heck, at this point, he'd take a Decades Dance as those were chaperoned and only proper dancing was allowed.
A part of Stefan wondered if his thoughts stemmed from what he had experienced at the hands of his father or if they just stemmed from the way he had been raised, though he had a feeling it was a little bit of both. However, he pushed this as he started moving in time to the music. Okay, yeah, not really his style as he preferred Bon Jovi or something in the eighties, but at least it had a beat that he could focus on...

Anna rolled her eyes at how cautious Stefan was. He sure hadn't been this way in the 20's but it did slightly remind him of how he was when he was human. It's where I went when I left. And it's where I went after the church fire. She shrugged. When her humanity was off, she left a blood trail zigzagging through France and parts of North America. It wasn't her proudest moment, but she got over it. She couldn't do anything to change it, afterall. Anna smiled, happy with his agreement to feed if he needed to. She took a sip from her glass she tried not to laugh at his remarks on their peers dancing. Where they really their peers? I mean they looked the same age as her and Stefan, but could she really count them as such? She shook her head as she watched them, more amused than anything. They really did look like they were having fun, though, and that's all that mattered, right? She downed her drink and sat it down on the bar. She turned, walking backwards towards the dance floor. Well now that the lessons are over, I'm going to have a good time. What about you? She smirked and held out her hand in offering. She wanted him to let loose. He needed to let loose. It was just dancing. It was fun.NOTES || OUTFIT || here. [/tt]

Stefan glanced at Anna as she stated that she had gone to France when she had left after the Founder's Day events and after the eighteen sixty-four massacres. Well, that makes sense. After all, no one knows her in France and people here wouldn't expect her to go there so even if they suspected that she was alive, they wouldn't think to look in France, he thought to himself. It really was pretty clever. "Oh I see. Which period do you prefer it in? I mean, were the changes since then good or bad?" he queried. What a stupid question, he thought to himself. But it it would seem that she didn't mind it as she had answered him before. And besides, how often did you get a chance to get the perspective of someone who actually knew a country's history? Okay, maybe it was a little more common for vampires, but still, the scholar in him was intrigued.
And apparently, Anna found his comment amusing as she tried to stifle her laughter. But come on, he did have a point here! Not that he was a prude by any means, he just believed that certain things were best left to the bedroom. But obviously, that was just him and was another difference between him and a lot of people. And that wasn't even the main one. The main one was that he had been alive---well so to speak---for over a century and a half. But of course, he wouldn't tell just anyone that.
He then gave himself another mental shake as Anna said that now that the lessons were over, she was going to party and then held out a hand towards him. This will be fun. I'll be able to cut loose for a little bit without having to worry about anyone or anything, he thought to himself. And that would feel so good. He'd just have to be careful not to turn into the Ripper again. And he wouldn't. Anna wouldn't allow it. "Let's do it," he declared, going to take her hand and then heading for the dance floor.

She bit her lip thinking about his question. It was a touchy subject given what they were in the city for, but she wanted to be honest with him. To be honest, I didn't get to enjoy it much after the fire. My humanity was off, so I didn't care all that much for scenery or talking with the locals. I remember how it was, though, and it's changed. From the time I spent there after the whole John thing, I liked it. It was definitely different. When I was human, people were..nicer? I guess. Of course, in the later 1400's, Marseille was a whole lot of nothing compared to now. But I liked how it was during my human life. She finally settled on that. It was true. France was a touristy mess for the most part. The culture was rich in Marseille, it always had been. And she loved the Renaissance period no matter where she was. The fashion, the expectations, the rituals. It was one thing she really truly miissed about her human life. More so, she missed her family. She missed her siblings. Anna realized she had gotten quiet. She shook her head and she pulled him out on to the dance floor. She was determined to have fun tonight. She needed it more than she would ever admit. Now that she was on the dance floor, the hearbeats of the drunken elite that surrounded them. A blonde in a short skirt made her way in front of Anna and began dancing with her. Anna could hear her pulse. She glanced over at Stefan for the go ahead, she didn't want to push him off the metaphorical wagon without knowing he was prepared to take care of himself. Anna could feed and be fed on at the same time. It didn't bother her. She just wasn't sure if she could really trust Stefan to ignore his conscience and actually do it. She knew he was really struggling with this but she told herself if he didn't think he could do it, he could have stayed in the hotel. He made the decision to go out tonight. He was a big boy. Stefan looked at her and nodded in understanding as she confessed that when she had been back in France after the whole fiasco with Katherine and the Founder's Day events, her humanity had been off so she hadn't really been interested in the scenery or chatting with the locals, adding that it had changed since she was a human in that back then the people had been nicer. "i can understand that. I shut everything off after Katherine left us in eighteen sixty-four. It was just easier that way," he commented, his eyes clouding a bit at the memory. And that was certainly the truth. Without his humanity, he had been able to kill the Founding Families for their part in capturing and killing Katherine as well as turning a blind eye to what his father had been doing to him. Back then, he hadn't cared that he was taking human lives or destroying families. Now though, he only felt shame when those events came to mind. These events were the reasons he had stayed off human blood for so long. He had been a monster---the human blood made him a monster. It was just better for everyone if he stuck to animal blood.
He then mentally shook these thoughts off as they headed for the dance floor. He knew that she was worried about him and given what had just happened, he couldn't really blame her, but he was going to put that out of his mind and just have a good time. There had to be a way to party without him losing it, right? At least, he hoped there was. Well, they'd find out here. As the music pulsated through the speakers, Stefan found himself moving in time with the beat. It was no Bon Jovi or any other type of classic rock, but at least it was something you could dance to and understand the words. And the artist---whoever it was---wasn't half bad. He still wished that it was Bon Jovi though. He could really rock when it came to him. But in all honesty, he wasn't doing so bad with this guy, though he had a feeling that if Elena or the others were here, they'd be marveling at the fact that he was having a good time. They didn't think it was possible as they had never seen this side of him. Only Lexi had. Before now, only Lexi had been able to bring him out of his funk and it was Lexi who knew some of his darkest secrets, but not all. But now, Anna was getting know the part of him that liked to have a good time.
These thoughts faded away as he forced himself to pay attention to the music. He was not going to feel sorry for himself. They were in New York at a club and he was going to have a good time. He was just going to forget about the blood for a little bit and get lost in the music. He had done it before and he could do it again. Besides, it wasn't like anyone knew him so whatever he did wouldn't get back to the others.

Since Stefan didn't seem to have a problem with it, Anna turned back to the girl and put one hand on her shoulder, while she put one finger over her mouth. Shhhh. She said deliberately before pushing the girls hair to the side. She bit down and immedietely felt the rush of blood on her lips. The girl gripped Annas jacket and gasped, although no one but Stefan could have heard the same thing. She continued to feed on the first victim she had since being back in the states and she relished in the moment. Her hair fell so as to hide her actions from any prying eyes and Anna held the girl close to her to avoid raising suspicion. She fed on the stranger until she felt the girls grip loosen. She pulled back and placed the girls trembling hand over the open wound. Anna produced a tiny vial from her pocket and looked the girl in the eyes. You're fine. Drink this. Go to the restroom and clean up. You've been dancing with a cute actor from NYU all night. You're really drunk. She spoke calmly and the girl nodded before walking away slowly. She wiped her mouth on her jacket descreetly as she turned back to Stefan. You ok? She asked. She really needed that feed. She was a little buzzed already, it had been a while, but she knew where her responsibilities lie. NOTES || gah sorry this took so long. and im sorry its short. OUTFIT || here. [/tt]

Stefan watched as Anna walked over to a girl and used her powers to make the human stay silent before brushing back her hair and sinking her teeth into the human's skin. Hearing the gasp, Stefan looked away and closed his eyes, just imagining the blood that was coursing down his companion's throat. Oh, it was probably wonderful and he could imagine the power that she felt as the blood entered her body. He knew how intoxicating it could be and a part of him envied the fact that she could drink like this.
His thoughts were interrupted as he heard Anna telling her victim that she was fine and to drink something and clean herself up, adding that she had been dancing with an actor all night and that she was very drunk. Nicely played, he thought to himself. Okay, so she she was getting herself taken care, which was good. Now all he had to do was to make sure that he didn't lose it with all the blood pumping around him. Well, at least he was doing good so far, so that was a plus.
Suddenly, he felt somebody crash into him and he turned around to see a tall girl---who appeared to be around his physical age---with blonde hair dressed in a dark green shirt and a black miniskirt with black high heels. "You all right?" he asked in concern. "Yeah, just embarrassed," she responded. "Don't be. It's pretty crowded in here. Could've happened to anybody," he assured and she threw him a grin, obviously relieved that he wasn't mad. "I'm Sarah," she introduced herself. "Stefan," he responded. "Nice to meet you," she told him. "Likewise," he said. He was about to say more when a boy who looked to be a little older than the girl was suddenly at her side. "Hey, who do you think you are, makin' a move on my girl?" he asked. "No one's making a move on anyone. She accidentally bumped into me and we just got to talking," the vampire said, putting up his hands in a placating manner. This is just what I need. Some boy who believes in his own macho hype, he thought to himself. "What do you take me for, some kind of fool?" the boy sneered. Do you really want me to answer that? Stefan thought to himself. "Chris, he's telling the truth, we were just talking," Sarah insisted. "'Talking'. Right. You really think I'm stupid, don't you?" Chris sneered and he went to slap the girl, but Stefan was faster, grabbing one of the boy's arms, twisting it behind his back. "Apologize to the lady...now," he said in a soft but angry voice. He had never had much patience for men who thought they could smack a girl around and it was taking all of his willpower to keep his features human. "Why? She was the one acting like a wh---" Chris' retort ended in a gasp of pain as Stefan gave his arm a tug. "I can easily snap your arm in two. Apologize now before I get really angry," he told him. Oh, the Ripper was wanting to come out---he could feel it. And he didn't mind admitting, that it was really tempting to let him out. But he couldn't...could he?

Anna turned just in time to witness Stefan about to take the arm off some idiotic "tough guy." She groaned as she pushed through the small crowd that had seperated the two vampires. She put her hand on Stefans arm and pushed apart the two men.
What the hell is wrong with you? She mumbled to her companion at a volume only he would be able to hear in this situation. We're trying not to draw attention, remember? She had a good idea that it wasn't Stefans faily, but she couldn't know for sure. He was on edge, that much she could tell. She couldn't blame him. Leave. She half-assed compelled the jerk that was in way over his head. If she was completely honest, she didn't care if he listened. She'd take him down herself. She would actually rather compel the girl to dump his sorry ass. Do you wanna leave? We can go back to the hotel, you can feed there? She directed a murmured voice to Stefan again. She was no where near where she wanted to be tonight, but she had no problem ordering room service and taking advantage of whoever brought up the alcohol. The next thing she knew, there was a hand up by her neck yanking her back. Well, this definitely isn't going to end well. Chris! was all the girl managed to shriek before Anna was at his throat. Don't make me say it again. she said, inches from his face. She knew her true features were showing by the way his eyes bugged out. Anna grinned. NOTES || no, i love it! OUTFIT || here. Stefan was about to give Chris' arm another tug when he suddenly felt a hand on his arm as well as a voice asking what was wrong with him and reminding him that they weren't trying to make waves. "Tell that to the guy who thinks he's in the era where it's actually okay to hit women," Stefan mumbled back in the same tone as he and the other boy were pushed apart. Yeah, this guy was getting on his nerves, but he forced himself to remain calm. After all, it wouldn't do them any good if he lost control and attacked this guy in front of everybody, because let's face it, they didn't have enough power to compel everyone in the room. Well, he didn't at least. He wasn't sure about Anna. But still, it was better to play it safe.
Almost reluctantly, Stefan stepped back as Anna told Chris to leave, obviously using some of her compulsion powers, though he wasn't sure if they'd work. From her body language, it was plain to see that she wasn't happy with the situation, not that he could blame her. They were supposed to be out having fun and he had to go and get himself in the middle of some stupid brawl like a common human. Fortunately, she wasn't so mad at him that she remembered why they were there in the first place, as she asked him if he wanted to leave and go back and feed at the hotel. "That might be a good idea," he murmured. He could feel the Ripper trying to claw his way out and the last thing they needed was a bloodbath. And he had to admit, he wanted another taste of human blood. It had felt so good coursing down his throat. Okay, focus. Calm down. Don't get sidetracked by the blood, he reminded himself.
He was about to say more when Chris yanked Anna by the neck and almost instantly, Stefan was behind him just barely keeping his features normal, yanking his arm back as Anna was in his face, telling him to not make her tell him to leave again. "I say we take him with us. He's a waste of space. No one would miss him," Stefan murmured in a voice only Anna could hear. He could hear the idiot's heart pounding, and it was clear that the guy was finally afraid. Good. He's supposed to be, he thought derisively. The fear was making his heart pump even faster and Stefan was having a hard time keeping his features normal. His fangs were at the tip of his gums, just itching to get out. "What do you think, Chris? Wanna party?" he whispered in the boy's ear. Yeah, he could just picture it now, take him to the room, feed a little, compel him to do whatever they said...Heck, he already had a few ideas and he was sure Anna could come up with some. Okay, yes, he usually preferred women, but he had toyed with plenty of men back in eighteen sixty-four and this would be just like that: business. Yeah, that sounded good. Hopefully, Anna would agree...

Anna looked at Stefan as he spoke and she grinned wickedly, showing him that her fangs were already out. She thought the guy beneath her was going to have a stroke. If he wasn't such a jackass, he'd be cute. But the moment he opened his mouth, he ruined it.
She looked back at the guy and this time concentrated like she should have the first time. You're going to go outside with Stefan, here, ohkay? You're not scared. Don't talk. That should do it. As the guy released her neck calmly and regained his balance to follow Stefan, she spun to face the shocked girl. You deserve better. Go find yourself a nice guy. And if anyone tries to hit you ever again, break their face. Anna smiled cheerfully and almost laughed as the girl seriously nodded her head in agreement. Anna locked eyes with Stefan. Tonight was going to be pretty fun after all. They led the guy (Chris, right?) to a taxi outside. She watched Stefan as they put Macho Man in the car. She noticed a difference about him, there was a thirst there that hadn't been there before. She knew she was fueling the fire by allowing them to basically kidnap a club-goer, but she didn't see the harm in it. She wouldn't let the boy die and she was fine with covering up the mess they made in the morning. She just hoped when Stefan came down from this, he'd be ohkay with it, too. NOTES || OUTFIT || here. Stefan let a grin curve his features as Anna gazed into Chris' eyes and told him to go outside with him, that he wasn't scared, and not to talk, the compulsion taking affect almost immediately and Stefan led him out of the club as Anna then compelled the boy's date---Sarah as he recalled---to find herself a nice guy and to break the face of anyone who ever tried to hit her again. Yeah, that's a good way to take care of that, he thought to himself as he flashed her a feral grin after they locked eyes. At least the girl wouldn't fall prey to jerks anymore. Well, at least he hoped she wouldn't. Okay, enough about her. They just had to focus on their prey. As they walked towards a taxi-cab, Stefan loosened his grip on the human, though he supposed that it didn't matter. The guy wasn't going anywhere as Anna had turned him into the perfect victim. Once the taxi had stopped for them, they got in, Stefan gave the driver the address of the hotel he and Anna were staying at, and the driver took off. When they finally got back to the hotel, the taxi stopped, and Stefan got out, pulling the boy with him as he headed for the entrance. Things were definitely looking up. At the thought, a sadistic grin graced the younger vampire's features and he resisted the urge to let out a laugh. There was no need to let anyone else suspect that he was up to something. No, he and Anna could be much more subtle than that. Well, at least until they got up to the room. Once they were in their room, it wouldn't matter what they did. After a few more moments, they were finally back in their hotel room, where Stefan locked the door and then turned to Anna. "So, what do you think we should do with him?" he asked. Oh, he had some ideas himself. Mutilation and degradation came to mind, but he'd wait and see what Anna said. Who knew? Maybe she had a vicious streak in her that could come in handy. And Stefan for one couldn't wait to find out... OOC This is gonna be so fun! Of course, this probably won't help Stefan any.

She immedietely started pouring them drinks when they got in the room. What was a party without drinks? She could hear the boys pulse, it had calmed. Well that was no fun. She would definitely have to change that.
When he asked her what was next, she realized what it was that she saw in him. The boy from the alley, the Ripper. She sat her glass down with a small clink and walked over to the human. You can be scared now. No talking. No moving. She pulled Stefan away from the boy, but not out of sight. She bit her wrist and basically forced him to drink. I need you thinking clearly for like two seconds, k? She offered in explaination. He was getting better at this, maybe because his heart wasn't in it. He wanted human blood. Nonetheless, she effortlessly pulled her wrist away from him after about half a minute. You really wanna kill this kid? I have enough vials for him to pretty much last all night and still be alive in the morning, but I do agree with you. He's a waste of space. I don't want you going all moral values on me when we get back to the Falls. Damon and Elena will both kill me. She wasn't prepared to let the boy feed off her wrist. It was easier when they didn't and she had it measured perfectly. There was zero chance of her turning anyone this way and it was only used for keeping vampires out of the spotlight. Dead bodies start turning up completely drained and they've got a problem. NOTES || OUTFIT || here. [/tt]

Stefan watched as Anna poured them some drinks and he grinned. "Good idea. A little blood, a little wine---perfect evening," he approved. Heck, if he had known it'd be like this, he would've asked her to do this a long time ago. But then, he had been worried about what people thought. And why should he be? He was a vampire. He didn't have to play by human rules. Why had he forced himself to do so? It was ridiculous! Then, his grin widened as his companion told their victim that he could be scared but to not move or to talk. Yes! I missed that sound he thought to himself as he heard the boy's heart rate speed up.
Stefan went to make his first move only to have Anna grab him, bite her wrist and then force the appendage into his mouth, saying that she needed him to be thinking clearly. "Spoilsport," he mumbled through a mouthful of blood. Come on! I just want to have a little fun, he thought to himself. Was that so much to ask? However, her blood became too much for him to resist and he drank it until she pulled away and Stefan could feel himself settling somewhat, though not much. Then, she asked him if he really wanted to kill the boy, saying that she had vials of blood she could use to keep him alive all night, though she agreed with him about being a waste of space and that she didn't want him to go all moral values on her when they returned to Mystic Falls as Damon and Elena would kill her. "Don't worry. I won't grow a conscious," he said, his eyes hardening. Really? Who did she think she was talking to? Oh, right. The good brother. The brother who couldn't hurt a fly. Well, he'd show that that brother wasn't here tonight. Okay, yes. The need for the blood was starting to subside a bit, but he was still anticipating the upcoming kill...

Anna smirked at his reaction. Just checking. She stepped back, motioning for him to continue with his party. One more thing, this definitely stays between us. No matter what. There was no way she was gonna let him to go back to Mystic and tell Damon or God forbit, Elena. And she was damn sure in enough trouble with the Bennet witch to allow this to get out. She'd be dead in a minute. I'm serious, everyone back home is pissed at me. Everyone. I let you lose it in there and you never tell a soul. She didn't mean to go all mama bear on him, but there was just too much to lose. When he agreed, she walked to her bag, snickering at the terrified jock sitting on the couch. She pulled out a handful of vials all full of her blood. If she spaced it out right, he could last them all night if Stefan wanted him to. Ready to party? She sat the vials on the table and the guys eyes almost bugged out of his head. She laughed and shared a look with Stefan. This was what she needed, a live feed with nothing to worry about and the freedom to get high on bloodlust. NOTES || OUTFIT || here. [/tt]
